I put the window down and tried rolling it up and it won't come back up

It looks like you are new to the forum and you may need some guidance on seeking answers. You really didn't even ask a question, but just said you had a problem. In order to get the most responses, you should give as much information as possible. For example, what year is you car? Is it Base, Z06 etc.?
What were the circumstances of the window problem and what have you tried so far when troubleshooting? Is there power to the window, can you hear it clicking etc? There are a lot of knowledgeable people on the forum, but you will need to be as descriptive as you can so they can try to help.

I'm also new to the forum and to corvette ownership and am experiencing a similar (possibly the same) issue.

My car is a 2007 Base Coupe.
Passenger window works fine (up/down) from Passenger window switch.
Passenger window goes down only from Driver door Passenger window switch.
Drivers window works fine (up/down) from Driver window switch.
Both windows index properly.

Any ideas?

Probably because they don't roll up, there is a button you pull up and they go up...
of course I am joking!
