Vendor Experiences ?

Hi All, I haven't done any upgrades to my car in a while but the slush fund is growing so I'm looking to do some upgrades. I'd like to know of your vendor experiences so I can get the best quality both merchandise and customer service. I don't want to start a vendor slam session, just want quality. Please feel free to PM me if you'd rather not post for all to see.

It also depends on the type of mods you're planning. Performance or appearance. Interior, exterior, diy or not etc....
