Default saddle screw

I purchased a Harbor Freight 3 tons heavy duty low profile floor jack and the saddle screw is striped out and I can not get the saddle off. Do anyone know where I can get a saddle screw? I called the toll free number but the lady told me they had no parts. She said there are no parts (the Saddle screw I mean.) I went to Harbor Freight store in a near by town and the guy told me I can get one at Fastenal but when you look at the port in the manual it to not have a part number just the words, :saddle scre. I am thinking about carrying the part to True Value Hardware and see it they have something similar to it. Can anyone help me out.

Tough to tell you where you might find one when we have no idea where you live. Update your info so we possibly can help you out.

If you bought it recently and still have your receipt they will probably replace with a whole new jack, worth a try.

Just return it for a new one...HF doesn't really do spare parts but they are good about returning defective items.
