Hello all, I am doing some cleaning for the show on Saturday and i felt and heard a plug flopping around, it looks like it is some kind of dummy plug that is attached to a white push pin on the radiator shrowd....there is no place for it to plug into, all other plugs are plugged in, it is the green plug in the center of the pic.... passenger side radiator shrowd just under the ac line....can anyone confirm that I have it attached correctly??

That would be the connector that the under hood light plugs into.
I think they eliminated the underhod light in 2008 or so, but kept the plug just in case some owners wanted to buy one from the dealer.
My 2006 has the underhood light. as per the pic. You will notice that the pad that is off the car has the hole to fit the underhood lamp assembly.
Thanks for the quick response...that makes makes sense...I do have a 2008....I was like what is this thing and where does it go...half the time it takes an hour to figure out how to disconnect those damn things when u want to take them apart, and now it comes apart when CLEANING....I guess I just knocked it off it's mount....

That would be the vacuum connector for the hideaway headlights!
