The one I got at Hobby Lobby measures about 30" across and is heavy gauge metal, and way less expensive.

my sis got me the same one from hobby lobby last week. Bout 30" across. Not real heavy gauge but thick enough I guess for 25 bucks

The eBay item is pretty heavy. Used all three holes. Not sure what thickness.
