I have owned many vintage Vettes and a C5 but never a C6. A friend found a nice C6 for sale in his area that he thought I might like. I have several friends that own C6 Vettes but I have never seen these on the front bumper. Curious as to what they are for. Thanks

Maybe I didn't. I just looked up Headlamp Washer Nozzle Replacement in the 2013 Y-Car service manual (Vol 1 pp 4-269 for reference) and it shows the headlight washer unit clearly with procedures to replace it.
I was not able to find anywhere in the manual that showed it as Euro only though.
Definitely a car that was meant for export to Europe. I don't believe you could order a US Version of the car with this option. Unless the bumper was replaced with a European version. From my understanding the washer sprays the headlights everytime you use the windshield washer as well. This would drive me nuts!
