Battery Tender - Solid Support

Battery Tender - Solid Support
I have had a battery tender hooked up to my Corvette for almost 8 years of flawless service. Recently it just went wonky (highly technical term I am sure we can all relate to) with all the lights blinking. I was ready to grab another one and noticed that it had a 10 year warranty. I did not have the receipt but I contacted them anyway. Turns out there is a date code stamped on the bottom and after a description of the issue and a report of the number code they told me to ship it to them. Well, today I received a new unit in the mail as a warranty replacement. Great service, no third degree, simple replacement under warranty after 8 years. You don't see that much anymore. They have my business especially after this demonstration of their commitment to the quality of their product and warranty. Thought you all might like to know.

Sounds like a routine of "Who's on first". The younger guys might not get that reference.

Does the Battery Tender Jr, also have a 10 year warranty?
I have three of them on my motorcycles, and two stopped working after about eight years. I just tossed them a few months ago and bought new ones. I'm thinking after paying for shipping back to Deltran, I would just break even on the cost of a new one.
