Driver Memory Seat Jammed
My driver seat jammed part way forward & would not move; the motor & breaker got very hot, so I pulled the breaker. Started to disassemble the track & found that the motor turned freely, so reinstalled. It proceeded to move all the way forward & jammed. I jumped the motor to back it off so I can sit in the car & will reinstall it with the motor disconnected. I'm thinking it is probably the Seat Control Module. Any thoughts?

My '10 jammed as well at one point. Don't remember which direction, but it was because it was moved to full extent (ie. all the way back). After posting up on it, I was told not to use the max points in any direction. So one day it ultimately worked itself out. I held the switch in the opposite direction of the jam while driving and from the vibration it released itself.

Sad that we cant use seats as they should be used. The C6 is tight and I enjoy the seat going back, the steering wheel going forward when I exit. Damn I guess I need another diet. I'm 6 feet tall and swelled to 225. If the seat seizes like yours I'll need can opener.
