Corvette safe ???
Mine won't be. Mine is parked in the parking lot of the plant. The plant is right on the water. The last big hurricane we had over the plant was Andrew and the cars were demolished. So far, this Irma has calmed down. The latest news that the plant received from the weather guys was that the strongest wind we are going to get will be between 94-110 mph. Hopefully that will be true, because that won't be too bad. Time will tell. As of now, here in Homestead is a little wet and gentle winds.

The latest track has the eye-wall coming right over my house (Fort Myers / Cape Coral area) as the storm heads north over the western coast line of the Florida peninsula.
BTW .... No bottled water anywhere for sale here as of Thursday afternoon, but, as a backup plan, I have a good supply of Budweiser

I just got an email from our HOA .... The water company that provides us with water is going to be turning it off sometime today.
Jeeeze ... I think they are jumping the gun here a little. The storm is still down in Cuba.
Well, I just finished filling our bathtubs full of water.
Can't believe they would be shutting our water off already!
crap ...
