Hello!
I would like to invite you to check out my latest newsletters under the Forum: “Ken’s Newsletters”.

I am now requiring Bob and Tom in our parts department to give you a total price including Shipping and Handling when you call or email in a parts order. It is our intent to provide the lowest possible cost on Corvette parts and accessories complimented by the lowest possible cost for shipping and handling. We ship with UPS, Federal Express, and the United States Postal Service.
I will be out of my office from October 8th thru the 13th attending a seminar. I will try to answer my email daily but won’t be doing it hourly as usual!

If this means I will get an answer to my email in the future.....great! I had asked for a price quote on a couple of items a few months ago and never heard anything. I ended up ordering them from another discounting GM parts dept (Dal at VanDevere Olds). I figured you didn't want my business. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

We appreciate all of the business that you and other forum members have given us. I personally answer all email daily and usually hourly if it is sent to me at: kenfichtner@hotmail.com
My parts manager receives his email at: corvetteparts@hotmail.com
If you email him and haven't received a reply the same day please email me and I will find out what the problem is.
Finally, we have had trouble with a local ISP tied to our dealership website: http://www.fichtnerchevrolet.com The email was being sent to fichtner@cw2.com and not being forwarded to us. We now have a new ISP and the problem has been resolved.
