Every big brake car I have owned did this. I have heard of people swapping pads to eliminate the noise. No idea what works and what doesn't. I don't pick a pad for how it sounds.
I switched to those pads and still get the squeel.
You must have something else going on. Did you check your rotors when you did the pads or use the grease or lube. If you look up thrends on them very few has had issues after they changed them. I ride with my top off a lot pretty much all the time and they don't squeal at all. When I bought my GS 1 almost 2 years ago the low speed squeal was bad (OEM). Changed the pads and rotors and have not heard a squeal since. My GS had 18K now I'm sitting a little over 24K and have not heard another squeal since I changed them out.

True I wanted something that didn't squeal that was somewhat proven and little to no dusting and that's the one I found, especially since I upgraded to chrome wheels. The OEM after riding around the block my silver GS wheels would be almost black. LoL
wash the rotors very good with a pressure washer too, get rid of all the dust in the holes. Rotate the wheels, so that you can wash the holes hidden behind the brake pads too.

Didnt change rotors. When I first got the pads on for the first 3 weeks I didnt hear any squeal. But it came bake.
I changed my rotors when I changed the brakes. From what I hear, hear say is you might as well change the rotors instead of turning them because it ain't much material left.

YUP.....they don't make rotors like they use to. Just as well to replace then to re-surface. New ones USUALLY don't cost that much, and theres no down time waiting for a shop to turn your old ones. Of course you can get old ones turned, but it usually doesn't take too many hard stops to get them to start wiggling that steering wheel all over again.
I'm quite impressed with my cars brakes/rotors - at 80k miles and still both original ones with no pulsation on braking.

Bought a used 2010 GS. 11500 miles . Brakes squealed so bad it was embarrassing to drive. Tried cleaning, sprays, ect with no improvement. New Hawk ceramic brake pads........ no squeal at all, problem solved

The GS is the LS3 Vette version of a track car and it comes with big brakes and aggressive pads. If you drive it like a track car, the brakes never squeal. If you drive it like the average everyday grocery getter, eventually they'll squeal.
If you want to retain the track pads, do at least 1 really hard stop from ~60 mph every 50-100 miles. Yes, there will more dust, but that's the price you pay to drive a track car on the street.
