Batman 357

I went to clean my nav disk because I got the no disk message. Opened the door and found the disk wont eject. Neither will the CD and now the door won't close. All it will do is play the CD. Volume control works and I can change CD tracks but that is it.

I can hear the confirmation beep when the button is pushed to close the door but no actions...

Any ideas.

Try removing the fuse (RADIO/S-BAND/
VICS) found in the passenger footwell fuse panel. Hopefully that will reset whatever crossed electrical signals it is getting.
If that doesn't work, then you may have a connector that is loose or not seated properly in the back of the unit.

This happened a couple of times on my 07. As suggested, pulling the radio fuse immediately corrected it both times.
