Hello All. New here, just purchased an 08 3LT Automatic Coupe w/ 26000 miles from one of the users on here. Ive put 1200 miles on the car since I bought it. When I bought the car I had it inspected at Chevrolet in the same city where I bought it. I've since had it to my dealer once for a TSB, and then just had it back for the state inspection. I have an engine noise that I think just started or I'm just starting to hear it... It almost sounds like direct injection but half as loud. Obviously, the car doesn't have direct injection. Kind of worries me a bit... Not sure what it could be. Any ideas? Sounds like it could be an exhaust leak... But I dunno. I'm no mechanic. Any ideas?

I am confused...you said you bought it from one of the "users on here", then you say you bought it from a Chevy dealer. I realize it could be both, I am just curious.
I would advise you to never get an "inspection" from the seller, even if they are a dealer. And, unless you have an extended warranty that requires you to use a dealer, I would find a reputable independent to do any of the work needed.

I did buy from an individual. I had it inspected in the city where I bought it from the local dealer. I bought it 500 miles away from home. I can see how my message could have been confusing.
