The engine light is on on my 2009 C-6. Ran a diagnostic and came back as a Fuel pressure sensor or Fuel tank pressure sensor (P0452 was the code). Is this something to take seriously or could this be a computer glitch?

Try rebooting computers, if it's a glitch it'll clear itself.
But if error(s) return, it's diagnostic time.
OBTW if errors do return I'd take whatever it is, seriously.
Codes mean something, certainly don't want to cause related damage.
These cars are expensive as-is, nevermind self inflicted $ injury.
Good news is at least it's throwing codes and hopefully leads to something 'simple', as C6 goes.
Instances where a phantom w/o any error codes a'tall are the worst, and they do happen.
I've owned three different Chevy's from 2003-2009 ( 2 Tahoe's and the vette) and the engine light had come on all of them. Not once when I had them repaired did they say something was wrong that it. Changed the gas cap once, still came back on. Not sure if Chevy just had a glitch in the computers systems during these model years. First time the vette light has come on. Time to get it inspected and it won't pass with the light on. I'll take it on Monday and see what they say. Thanks for your input. I'll check back with results after Monday.
Took the vette to my mechanic and he had to replace the fuel tank pressure sensor. This was located in a place they had to take out the fender-well in order to get to it. Lots of labor and a $90 part. He claims it is a common problem on Chevy cars and trucks, which confirms my 2 other Tahoe's having similar problems with the engine light coming on because some damn sensor goes off. I even tried to pull the gas cap as one poster suggested, but to no avail. Anyway, just wanted to supply the follow up. Thanks for everyone's input.
