2005 Base. Im getting LF high pressure warning on my dic. So I scan thru and sure enough my dic is showing LF at 50lbs and RF at 33lbs. get out and check air pressure LF 33 RF 33. What gives ? Will this reset on its own after it sets an hr.? Anybody have tips on how to fix this?
I’ve heard of folks curing the issue by dropping the pressure down to 20psi for a little drive and it sort of resets the TPM. Or, it may read correctly tomorrow on its own.

I ll let it set overnight and see what happens. Ive had the problem with this one reading low and it wasn't. Actually reset while I was driving. High pressure dosn't seem to work that way.
There 4 yrs. old. Its just the left front I have this problem with. None of the other three have ever done this....
Are they the OEM type or some after market type.
If aftermarket, would bank a problem in the TPMS and it needs to be replaced.
Truth is, I would check the pressure on the tires.scan each TPMS to get a reading to verify that it reading the correct pressure to begin with (withing a lb or two). Attachment 48333004
If the Tpms are are reading correctly, then would do a TPMS relearn on the car since the RCDLR can wig out now and again, and doing a TPMS relearn on it does seem to solve a lot of problems.
