And how to remove the center bezel so you can unscrew the cup assembly from the bottom of the bezel.
Also to point out, if you don't want to spend huge bucks on a split cover to correct it correctly, can not repair the split section once you do have the assembly in hand, you can apply a vinyl cover to band aid the slip section back together short term isntead.

Good luck in finding one, I found one on e-bay for $55.00, about year ago, have one friend been looking for one for over year.
