Anybody have the instructions for removing the roof bow cover on a HARDTOP c6 I have seen instructions for removable roof cars but not the hardtop version.

I hate to say I don't know what your asking, picture would be nice if you can post it. It might explain to us what you want?

I believe this is what you want to remove known as the "B" Pillar or Halo in these circles.

Thanks that is the part in question my manual which is not complete from GM calls it a roof bow in any case as others have said some call it a halo or B pillar. Have since found out on a hardtop car the roof panel has to be unbolted from the magnesium roof sub frame and the bolts are use once items apparently. Have since abandoned the idea as I was thinking of repainting the black trim piece or halo, or roof bow or whatever you wish to call it but due to having to take out the headliner and the roof and probably I assume risk leaks over the windshield. A panel top car or convertible makes doing as your pdf shows fairly simple a hardtop is a different animal it seems.
