Clicking from drive train when accelerating and decelerating
When driving my 2012 GS with 60K on the odo I am hearing a single click when I step into the gas and a double click when I let off. Sound is coming from the trans area.
No other issues, not affecting driveability or anything else that I can tell, just an annoying clicking sound that has never been there before.

Sounds like loose axle nuts, there is a tsb on this, I followed it and it fixed the clicking in my 06. I don't have the directions handy but search for axle nut tsb on this site.
My 2011 GS with only 12700 miles has the same sound since I bought it last year. It sounds like it comes from the the front, sometimes the center, but its hard to tell.
I'm just figuring its a vette sound. It seems like they all have their own personality of sounds.
Sound coming from straight start/stop? Or when turning?
Motor mounts are not the issue, axle nuts not probably if the start/stop is on a straight line.
How about the sound. Does it sound metalic? Electronic?
Its a manual, it definitely sounds metallic. Its when accelerating from either a stop or while moving. Its not when the wheel is turned that I am aware of.

These are definitely not the symptoms of loose axle nuts and definitely not motor mounts. It cannot hurt trying the axle nuts for tightness as it is so easy to do, but if they're loose it is coincidental to this sound.
If you're getting a rhythmic metallic click while moving (you didn't mention "while moving" in the first post), starting, stopping, then need to start looking at bearings somewhere. These could be wheel bearings, torque tube bearings, etc. Numerous places including internal bearings in the trans or differential. I couldn't begin to narrow anything without hearing it in person.
