Wipers only work on high speed?

High speed mode is switched directly from the lever. The other modes go through the BCM. A Tech 2 would tell you if the BCM can see the lever and should also allow you to command the BCM to drive the wipers. If you don't have one, you might start by cleaning and re-seating the blue connectors at the BCM (in the passenger footwell) on the off chance that the lever signal is interrupted there. Also check power at the wiper motor; high and low speeds have separate terminals.

I hear a relay under the hood click when I push down on the stalk for mist. I just bought this car, and I just installed my stereo, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not? The previous owner has an add a fuse link in the heated seat fuse spot. I also ran 12 V power from my back up camera to the cruise control fuse.
