Has anyone ever dealt with Lynnway Auto Sales in Lynn MA or know anything about the 2012 convertible they have for sale?

This car has a new motor in it due to water damage per the ad. Something does not make sense on this car, possible flood car.

I live 50 miles south of Lynn and I saw this car online when looking but decided to buy a different car across the US.
