I just bought one from Amazon for $80. Programming it today. The instructions are on the forum or in the owner's manual. If you have one working fob, you can use the short method to program the new one only. If you want to start from scratch and reprogram both fobs use the longer method. You need the actual trunk key for either method.

Mine only came with 1 when I bought it and it was not in the best shape. Picked up a new one on Ebay for ~$75 and did the long method to re-program both fobs making the new one #1 and the old one #2.

And this process makes sure that there are not other fobs that you don't have that will open and start your car.
