I just purchased a pair of headlight assemblies from R.L. Sebring in Pace, FL. He advertises his lens replacement services on the Forum in the C6 parts for sale area, and that's where I found out about him. The lights on my Lingenfelter coupe had crazed, cracked and fogged lenses. R.L. sent me a pair of Machine Silver assemblies that looked brand new. He had obviously re-sprayed the interiors with base coat/clear coat Machine Silver while he had them apart because they looked better than new inside, and his new lenses are crystal clear. The seals and gaskets are new too. I could not be happier with how they look, and I am a stickler. I sent him my old lights for a core refund. So, if you need new lenses on your C6, R.L. Sebring provides an excellent service. I have no relationship with him other than as a recent customer. I just thought everyone would want to know what my experience with this provider's service was like. He exceeded all of my expectations. Here are a few photos of the new lights.

So you send yours complete and he sends back the completed package huh, very cool, price ??
It can be done that way, but I didn't want to take mine out of the car myself. As you may know, you have to take the front fenders loose, as well as the front fascia and remove the wheel well liners just to get at the headlights on a C6. I currently have a serious shoulder injury that prevents me from doing a lot of work on cars that I used to be able to do. So I just waited until he had a set of reconditioned ones in the color I needed (machine silver). I ordered those and, when I received them in the mail, I took my car and the new headlights to my mechanic who took out my old ones and installed the new ones all at once. It was only a couple hours labor. I paid R.L. Sebring $1250 for the reconditioned ones with the understanding that he would pay me back as much as $500 for my old ones depending on their condition when I shipped them to him. For do it yourselfers, he also sells just the lenses and gaskets for those who want to do the whole process of replacing the lenses on their headlight assemblies themselves. He has a helpful video that shows you how to do the whole thing yourself. Once you have the headlights removed from your car, you have to bake them in an oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes to soften up the sealant, remove the old lenses, clean out the old sealant, put new sealant in and install the new lenses. He sells the new lenses and new gaskets for $310. That's the cheapest way to go, but it was just more work than I wanted to take on for myself.
They do look good, I’m surprised you didn’t paint them black.
I definitely thought about it. I have vinyl tint covers on all the other lights on the car, and black headlights would have gone well with them. However, I just decided to stay with the OEM machine silver look on the headlights in the end though. I also thought about swapping out the OEM bulbs for halos too, but again I just stayed with the original look.
