Here is the Corvette Black Book interior colors for 2012.
It appears that Red was code 023.

Not sure about Centennial version but in my 2012 GS 4LT custom ordered interior the red stitching code was 38S

That's a completely red interior. Look a few lines above that where it says "Custom Stitch, Yellow (37S=Blue, 38S = Red)." $395
