I obviously have a differential cooler, therefore the car doesn't have the standard fluid drain port. How in the heck does one drain the fluid out of the diff. with this setup?

Pop the cooler line free at the back of the diff. There’s a clip that holds it in place but you can remove it with a small screwdriver. If the clip gets bent / deformed, buy a new one. GM actually calls for its replacement (a one time use part). If the clip fails, the line pops out and the fluid drains.
The tricky part is refilling it. Fill it to the bottom of fill hole, put the plug back on lift rear wheels start the car and run it for one minute at 2000 rpm in second gear. That distributes the fluid to the cooler. Lower car, take the plug out and top it up. It will take a bit more.
I already changed it. I elevated the rear only and ran it in second gear. Now I have the dreaded ABS and Service Active Handling message since the front wheels weren't turning. Yippee! Is that easy to reset by way of an OBD?

It'll go off on its own after you cycle the ignition and do a short drive.
