Good price?
Hi guys,
Looking at a black 2007 z06 that is a friend's of a friend, I get the first stab at it before it is posted online. It has 30k miles, 3lz,nav,heated seats, etc. Car is stock with the chrome 5 spoke (10 spoke?) standard z06 wheels. Very clean and well cared for from what I can tell. The seller is the 2nd owner, no accidents on history. Would 29.5k be a good deal? The heads have NOT been addressed, but he did take it to a dealer for an oil evaluation and came back clean. This would be something I would probably address for peace of mind.
Thoughts?

That's a little high, unless the exterior is in very good shape. 25.5K would be more like it. You've posted the approximate dealer price for the car.

with the soft Corvette market, you may need to lower these as well

C6 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019
For a ZO6 that would be a good price around here!

Tire condition's important w/ Z06, look closely, new shoe can hit $2K+ for nice skins like Michelin.
Get past those two items, brace for an amazing experience.
2LZ w/ optional wheels, probably premium sound w/ GPS.
Pricey options in the day when C6 Z06 was hotter than hell.
While it's true black's a PITA re upkeep, it's also a very desirable color.
A nice ride given what it's capable of, like neck snapping torque through all 6. Unless tracked, it'll probably never see 4K in 4th.
OTOH for normal cruising ~28 MPG. Get it on my Z w/60K.
Hopefully you've driven it, right?
If not do so ASAP.
A LS7 w/ 30K isn't even broke-in, brake pads good to ~50K, DOU.
Clean history 2-owner w/ 30K?
C6 Z06 fills one of life's more attainable dreams for any Corvette enthusiast.
Some even claim '6's better than '7 Z06, citing similar reasons those preferring C5 Z06 vs '6. Lack of rawness, not enough feedback for HP.
JMHO C6 Z06 is a beautiful balance for all things automotive.
After 10 years ownership it still amazes me every time I climb behind the wheel. 10 years.
G/L, methinks serious consideration's warranted for this one.

Have heads rebuilt, as you said for peace of mind.
