It really depends on the trim level and the overall condition of the car. It may be a really good deal or just an ok deal. If that was the price here in Utah I’d say it’s an ok deal for a car with those miles because even private sale cars with those miles seem to be around $20,000-25,000 here depending on trim level. We just don’t have a lot of used Corvettes for sale here.

A couple grand either way is not the most important issue. Drive it. Look at it from every angle,. Sit in it. Look around. listen to the sound. If it all works for you go for it. If there are issues, consider if it's worth the money to make it what you want. Or go to the next offering. tons of these cars available. find exactly what you want.

FYI, there's a sticker on the inside of the glove box lid. There will be plenty of RPO (regular production option) codes on the sticker. The link explains what many of them are. Change the year in the URL to match the year you're looking for...
