Need opinions on cup wheel finish
What do you think looks better the satin black or gloss black wheels on a Black 2013 GS? I am about to place an order and cant decide. I have gloss black GS wheels on it right now. Not sure if the gloss would be too much with all the additional spokes.

Gloss for me

Satin black for sure. Satin has just enough sheen to it so you can actually see the wheel. Gloss is so reflective all you see is the refections off of it. Satin has a really expensive look to it unlike gloss which looks cheap imo.
good luck.
good luck.

Non-gloss painted wheels always look dirty to me.

I disagree! Gloss has a shine indicating the wheel is clean. If you look at an OEM silver painted wheel with brake dust on it it will look dull. Same thing is true for matte wrapped cars, They are dull and not reflective. Satin always means less reflective. As for the OP's question, it would be gloss for me.

For black cars, I like satin black to give a little bit of visual change. On other colors, gloss isnt bad. I just don't like gloss black on black.

I have polished clear-coated "gumbys". I'm trying to figure a way to make them "black chrome" so they will go better with my recent gloss carbon fiber roof, halo, and mirrors. The regular chrome look doesn't do it.
