Thinking about upgrading '05 rear diff...
As the title says, I'd like to replace the 2.73 crap model diff with an upgraded '06 up stage 2 unit from RPM.
I do have a Max Jax lift and was wondering how difficult it is to restrain the tranny in place and drop the cradle?
Can this be done with simply a hydraulic tranny jack under the suspension cradle with one person doing the work?
I really would like to wake up the LS2 around town (below 55 mph) with a set of 3.42's in the unit from RPM.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
