Morning,
Wondering if there is a way to find a serial number for the radio/stereo system that came with this car. Orginal. Need to buy a new one and they ask for the serial number. Maybe a easier way than taking the radio out.

I really don't understand your questions, but the radio's are mated to the car, and when you replace it with another AC Delco, a dealership has to mate it to the car. If you go to aftermarket radio there isn't any concern of radio's ID.
I hope this helps, your questions, on my 2005, I pitched the OEM for aftermarket radio with Sirius radio, and bluetooth.
