My lenses also appear to have some dust particles on the inside. She’s a 2012 model and the lenses themselves look really good. There’s no hazing or fogging at all. She’s always garaged when not being driven. I just figured a little dust managed to sneak in over the past six years. For me, it’s not bad enough to warrant any lense removal and cleaning yet.

Melting Slicks
MY 2013 had dust or a little film on the inside lens from when I bought the car new. One week before the warranty ended I bought it in for this and they agreed to give me new headlights. The new headlights were no different! With the lights off they look clear, but with the headlights on you can definitely see they are not clear.
