Default Shift **** backwards?

I ordered a round ball shaped shiftknob(twisted shifter) for my '06 Z and it's easy enough to install but with the included screw put in the 6 speed script is upside down. Did I miss something or is this an error on the part?

Bolt channel on the shifter shaft is through drilled and through taped, so the bolt to retain the shifter ball can be threaded in either from the left, or the right on the shifter shaft.

So with your shifter ball, bolt channel to the right, and the bolt installed into the shifter shaft threaded channel from the right as well.
