2009 Power Convert Top Issues
I am looking at a 2009 Convert. that has a power top. I read some pros and cons on the issues with this top. I really like the car and won't be using the top that much but don't want to get stuck if there is a problem.
Any suggestions is Greatly appreciated. Thanks habib

Take a look at an Owner's Manual and you can learn how to operate the top manually, if there is ever an issue with the power mechanism.
In general the C6 has more than it's share of quirks, but this Forum is a great resource for solutions.
And, because the car has been around for so long, every thing that can go wrong has already happened to someone else.

Sometimes the straps stretch and the top will hit the tonneau cover. Make sure that the top by the rear window does not touch the tonneau cover. If it does the dealer should fix it.
