I would sell the Camaro and find a ‘10+ Grand Sport that has been lowered, supercharged, with full bolt-ons This can be had for 35-40k. You will have a minimum of 550 at the wheels which, in a Vette will blow that 535 Camaro away.
But, if you are bent on keeping the pony car, you can find a heavily modded C5Z for 21k. Or, as others have said, bump it up a few K and get into an LS3 coupe (08+). Either way, I bet that Camaro will start collecting dust.

Well made a deal today for a very low miles 08 black for 26k. Literally looked brand new and the seller backed out. Said he just couldn't see it go. I was on the way when he called. Ugh I understood.

I've seen LS3s in the low 20s. You should be able to find and 08 or 09 for 22k to 24k.
