Default C6 A/C Problems

HELP!!!!! I have a 2011 C6 Corvette Grand Sport and when i was putting my Vararam cold air intake on my car i punctured a hole in my a/c condensor. I replaced condensor with one from chevy dealership and got it vaccumed and recharged but it still does not work right.
-My problem is that it holds a vaccum so its not leaking and is cold at idle but when i get up to around 50 mph it turns hot and is sometimes colder on the passenger side than the driver!!!!!!!
-If anyone can please give me some tips on how to fix this or what to look for that would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
-I will check my inbox daily or you can email me at btristan1997@yahoo.com and i will keep you updated!
Thank You

The refrigerant capacity is 1.1lbs. However, it has enough refrigerant in the system to keep the low pressure switch from tripping, when at idle. At higher RPM, the refrigerant is being pushed through the
system at a higher rate but there isn't enough refrigerant to support the designed system pressures, being in a starvation state. In this condition, the compressor may cut out on low pressure cutoff depending on the actual remaining pressure. This is just one scenario.

Just a comment.

Seems you have replaced all the damaged components, no metal entered the system from your punch hole and recharge was done by a professional with the correct amount
of Freon, oil et al. System holding the charge so any leaks are ruled out.

1) You could try disconnecting the battery to reset the electronic AC dash module.
These units do fail and it could be coincidence.
2) Sadly there is a known issue of the AC ducting "doors" failing. That is a big repair and when you mention hot on one side and cold on the other side it leads me to the doors being an issue.

Your lead of cold at idle yet issues at 50mph, at least for me, do not help diagnose.

Good luck.

Did you have your system professionally evacuated and charged with accurate amount of refrigerant? Depending on how bad your initial leak was and how fast it was released you would have to access the amount of oil you actually may have lost.
