What model year and does your car have the Navigation System? If it does, you should have a Navigation System manual. If not, look it up in the owner's manual.

Should be straight forward. You don't say whether you have the Nav radio or the base radio.

Base radio
With the ignition on and the radio off, press the H or the M button to enter clock mode. Press and hold H until the correct hour appears on the display. Press and hold M until the correct minute appears on the display. To change the time default setting from 12 hour to24 hour, press either the H or the M button for two seconds to enter the clock mode. Press the tune **** to select between the 12 or 24 hour display format. The clock mode will automatically time out with the changed display format set as the current default setting.

Nav radio.
In ACC ignition mode, press and hold the time display on the top right hand corner, until it changes to adjustability.
The time will display with arrows to change hour and minute up or down, select what time zone, DST, etc.

Hope this helps
