Ballast part #

Noticed this morning when I pulled into the gas station my right headlight wasn't working. After leaving though it was on, so I guess a ballast maybe going out. Is there only one part number for the C6 ballast or are there a couple. I replaced the the victory red with black ones about 5 years ago and have no idea what year they came out of.

Just found a post about the different ballasts. Is there a way to check which headlight assembly you have without taking everything apart?

As far as I know all headlights on all C6s are the same.

I pulled the inner panel down and took off the cover and my ballast is the three tab. Put it all back and now to order a ballast and take it all back apart again. What a pain Chevrolet engineers.
