Welcome to the CF Forums, but your question is kinda' vague. Are you talking about putting in a new aftermarket HU with Bluetooth or adding a Bluetooth module to the existing HU?

I recently pulled my OEM HU and replaced it with a Pioneer HU with Bluetooth, Android compatible and dual camera inputs. I now have 21st century wireless (Bluetooth) capability in my 2010 GS. I couldn't stand the 1990's technology in my 2010 car. However if you insist on keeping the OEM HU there are some pretty good interface devices that can be installed to give you some updated technology.

Here is one http://www.kawal.net/vettemods.htm.

Or if you are ready to replace the factory HU go to Crutchfield.com and put in your car info and start researching and find a unit that meets your needs and desires. There are many out there. Once you've done that come on back here if you still have questions.

I replacing mine with a Pioneer AVIC5201NE and a back up camera next Saturday. Best Buy, free installation for a limited time.

I'm with you on the 90's technology in the 21 century. I'm leaning to what you did and change the whole unit out. I like the Pioneer also.

Thanks, I will check out BB. Backup camera would be an added bonus.

Another vote for the Pioneer head unit upgrade. I went with the AVH-4201NEX which includes a back up camera. A major improvement over the stock head unit. Good luck with your upgrade.

I have the base 2007 C6 - which is soooooo 21st century technology challenged ! It's driving me nuts (recognizing I don't have far to go actually)......I'm automotive challenged and will have to take it somewhere to swap out - you all think I should check out Best Buy and have them install? Do they have units that have Sirius and Bluetooth capability (don't care about backup camera necessarily)....Pioneer are the best? And will they fit the dash? Sorry about lots of questions...hopefully that's a girl's perrogative lol

I’m not an expert but I think Pioneer are popular because they give a lot of features, good quality, and at a reasonable price. As far as Sirius and Bluetooth capability, yes they make HU’s with the compatibility, just need to check the features of the one you are looking for.

Just had Pioneer HU installed in mine a month ago. Mine came with an upgraded BOSE system from the factory, always sounded like crap. The new unit from Best Buy was installed for free and it sounds fantastic! The unit was $99.00, couldn't be more happy! I use a Apple i phone with spotify!
