Default C6 DIC buttons not working

2008 C6 base engine car. None of my Driver Information Center (DIC) buttons are working. The five lamps that illuminate the five DIC buttons don't light either but they do on HUD buttons on the left side. I found a wiring diagram here
https://www.google.com/search?q=c6+corvette+dic+wiring+diagram& tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=W7qHz6tDE4 ZlsM%253A%252CRXV1gNkERiau1M%252C_&usg=_ _VAbT1niG9Jkxxtsinc9xdJtvSVk%3D&sa=X&ved =0ahUKEwiu75Xh167cAhUFQKwKHYqtASEQ9QEILT AB#imgrc=W7qHz6tDE4ZlsM:

I used a volt meter between the orange lamp power wire and the yellow ground and got no voltage. I've checked all my fuses and all are good and everything else appears to work as normal.

Has anyone else had this problem or have an idea how to diagnose it? I'm considering replacing the DIC switches but don't want to throw that money at it on a hunch. Thanks.

If you do decide you want to try changing out the switch, I have the following. $40 shipped anywhere within the lower 48 states. Otherwise....good luck with figuring out the issue. At least it's the DIC. I had to replace my HUD the other weekend.....that was a major pain especially it being the first one I've ever done.

Corvette C6 Dash Driver Information Switch

2005-2012 USED

From a 2005 C6 Corvette with 51,000 miles. Used. All decals on buttons look good aside from one spot on the side where the black has rubbed off showing clear. I have that spot specifically photographed.

Not sure if it can be refinished or not, but that area is basically hidden from view as it is tilted away from the driver towards the instrument cluster.

Here is the shop manual diagnostic for the switch...but requires a scan tool:

Circuit/System Testing
Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the DIC switch assembly.
Ignition OFF, test for less than 1 ohm of resistance between the DIC switch ground terminal F and ground.
⇒ If greater than 1 ohm, test the ground circuit terminal F for an open/high resistance.

Ignition ON, verify that all scan tool DIC Switch parameters are Inactive.
⇒ If any DIC switch parameter(s) is not Inactive, test the suspect switch signal circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, replace the IPC.

Ignition ON, install a 3A fused jumper wire between the DIC switch signal circuits and the ground circuit. Verify that all scan tool DIC switch parameters are Active.
⇒ If any DIC switch parameter(s) is not Active, test the suspect DIC switch signal circuit for a short to voltage or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the IPC.

If all circuits test normal, test or replace the DIC switch.

Thanks for the offer. Let me give C6toGo's diagnostics first.

No problem. I hope you get it sorted out. I actually sold that item the same day to someone that PM'd me needing one.....but you can find them on the auction site priced accordingly if it comes down to replacement.
