C6 DIC buttons not working

I used a volt meter between the orange lamp power wire and the yellow ground and got no voltage. I've checked all my fuses and all are good and everything else appears to work as normal.
Has anyone else had this problem or have an idea how to diagnose it? I'm considering replacing the DIC switches but don't want to throw that money at it on a hunch. Thanks.
Corvette C6 Dash Driver Information Switch
2005-2012 USED
From a 2005 C6 Corvette with 51,000 miles. Used. All decals on buttons look good aside from one spot on the side where the black has rubbed off showing clear. I have that spot specifically photographed.
Not sure if it can be refinished or not, but that area is basically hidden from view as it is tilted away from the driver towards the instrument cluster.

Circuit/System Testing
Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the DIC switch assembly.
Ignition OFF, test for less than 1 ohm of resistance between the DIC switch ground terminal F and ground.
⇒ If greater than 1 ohm, test the ground circuit terminal F for an open/high resistance.
Ignition ON, verify that all scan tool DIC Switch parameters are Inactive.
⇒ If any DIC switch parameter(s) is not Inactive, test the suspect switch signal circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, replace the IPC.
Ignition ON, install a 3A fused jumper wire between the DIC switch signal circuits and the ground circuit. Verify that all scan tool DIC switch parameters are Active.
⇒ If any DIC switch parameter(s) is not Active, test the suspect DIC switch signal circuit for a short to voltage or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the IPC.
If all circuits test normal, test or replace the DIC switch.
