I purchased a window valet last week and have tried to contact this company but they only have email for customer service no phone. Not very customer service oriented. My windows get a slight hesitation about half way through the travel. Does anyone have one of these and are you experiencing this issue? I sent email but no answer as of today.

It really is a great mod. Maybe yours is detective.
Get it replaced if you can. It really is a cool thing to have especially getting
In and out of your car in a tight garage. Having the windows down makes all the difference

received an email from Top Down Tech stating that 10-15 % of the C6 test vehicles experience this and they can not program it out. it has to do with the conversation between the bcm and the module. the cars that do it will always do it and the ones that don't never will. it is a momentary blip when going up or down. not really a ig deal just wanted to make sure it wasnt defective. I have a new one coming tomorrow and will see what happens.
