Diode Dynamics led tail lights
I bought a set of used C6 tail lights to have the Diode Dynamics switch back led tail light rings installed. I sent them off to Mike at Vettesthetics to have the lights opened up & the led rings installed. I now have the completed tail lights back from Mike & need some help with the wiring. The led tail lights have a 4 wire harness, black, red, yellow, & white wires. The factory tail light harness has a 3 wire plug to the factory bulb, brown, black, & yellow. I have included some pics that may help someone help me. The led's have a male spade connector on the end of each wire to attach to the factory wiring, Can someone walk me through this? thanks

Why don't you contact Diode Dynamics and ask them or /Vettethetics or what ever their name is ?

These will connect to your existing harness. I have provided the quick splices to tap into the wires
As follows:
Black to black (Ground)
Red to Brown (12V running)
Yellow to Yellow/Grn/Blue (12v Turn Signal)

Exactly what Tj25 said. Mike also did mine and they are amazing! Just make sure that you plug the original harness into the car for resistance or you will get hyperflash.

TJ, Thanks for the response. I see that you did not use the white wire in your description, according to the DD website, the red wire is for 100% brightness & the white is for 50%, How bright are the light rings at night?
