weird car
I was driving my 2005 corvette and the radio went off no signal lights some gauges stopped working and theft system came on. I could not get the windows to come up when i stopped and service engine soon came on as well as service fuel system. I cut the car off when i stopped and nothing would work i i r box to the car and started it again and i all worked. It was like it stopped seeing the fob whats wrong

I'm no expert, but even if the battery has enough juice to start the car it can still affect allot of the electrical stuff if the battery is not at full capacity.... Get it checked first, then at let you can eliminate that as the culprit..

I have changed the battery and still while im driving the radio cuts off first, then most of the guages stop working, yellow lock light comes on in dash, get code service engine soon, service fuel system soon, and others the power windows do not work, and when I stop the car and cut it off itt will not start back just chime twice. Remote will not work the car. I unhook the battery and hook it back up it resets and everything is fine for a little while and then same thing. Please I need help I put led light bulbs in the interior dont know if that has anything to do with it.

I have a problem with my 2005 c6 corvette, I dont understand. When im driving to radio will cut off first, then most of the guages stop working gas exc. get service engine soon, service fuel system soon power windows dont work but car still runs also the yellow theft light comes on on dash. I was told to change battery in car did and same thing, Once I stop the car and cut it off it will chime twice but will not start fog will not work on car can not put windows up. can unhook battery and plug it back up and car resets and starts right up Please help do have a clue. I did recently put led bulbs in the interior of car. dont understand.

Would check all the ground and positive cables for lose connections, fraying and/or corrosion. Sounds like a bad/lose connection somewhere. Good luck, electrical problems can be a bear to track down.

What are you talking about? Do you shut the engine off when it's NOT running? To paraphrase you perhaps it's been too long since you've owned a Corvette.

Are there any mods done on the car? Exhaust, stereo, radar detector, etc? Anything plugged into the cig lighter?

did cut off while running no code then nothing remote not work couldn’t open doors would not start back had to open hood n use leaver to open door unhook battery then hook back then everything worked car started no codes n I have owned plenty of vettes

Check the cables from the battery. I'd bet either your starter melted where it's connected or the ground running from the battery to one of the connections to the vehicle. Check out this link, post #7.
