Sometimes.

It was an option. Check your RPO codes to see if it was built with it.

NPP was a standalone option so not really anything to do with trim level on the base and GS. The ZR1 and Z06 always came with NPP.

It was an $1195 option on my 2013 3LT (looking at the window sticker....)
