Default 2008 Z06 - Service Active Handling and Security Light

This morning on my way to work I was coming up on a tunnel. Naturally, I down shifted into 3rd and was going to do a tunnel blast. I put the pedal to the floor and "Service Active Handling" as well as the security light came on. There was no reduction in power this message was just displayed on the dash. I pulled over to the shoulder and pulled the codes and got "C0561" system disabled information, stored invalid serial data, received- invalid serial data received. I have to put an 02 sensor spacer on as I do not have cats. I have been clearing the CEL with the O2 code, Could this CEL code be causing C0561? Or is it the throttle position sensor, MAF, steering wheel position sensor, wheel speed sensor, blue bus, or something else? Any help would be appreciated!

Also looked at the tire pressure this morning. 3 tires are at 37PSI and one is at 30PSI.
