CAN i run my car on e85 wihtout changing any thing?

If you want to simulate your fuel mileage under E85, just poke a hole in your gas tank. There is no future in ethanol.

The fuel will destroy rubber rings and gaskets and anything no designed for ethenol

Nearly all gas already has 10% ethanol, and has had for years.

Materials that contact the fuel have been designed to withstand ethanol for 25 or so years now.

Yes but there is no ethanol content sensor and the car will run lean as he!!.

I was only addressing the gasket thing -- which is what he was talking about. If memory serves, all cars have been designed to run on 10% since the '90s. If gov't forces us to run 15%, then that's a different thing.
