Basic black plastic factory splitter? 20 minutes tops. Less if you have an air wrench to remove all the little bolts vs a ratchet. Then it's a 10 minute job.
It's the same for the ZR-1 style carbon fiber splitter unless you're installing the internal support for the fascia. That requires you to remove the fascia (aka front bumper).
Electric screwdriver and a 7mm socket I believe. It will take you longer to raise to front end so you can use the electric screwdriver than it will to replace to splitter.
