RGB options are indeed available such as demon eyes and DRL boards. We actually have legitimate RGBW *dynamic* DRL boards currently in production. Also available are color matched bezels.
The only downside to opening up the headlights for modification such as paintwork and RGB components is that doing so voids the manufacturer warranty... but the headlights are all-LED, so as long as they work out of the box, they should realistically outlive the car.

I highly recommend removing the front fascia to complete the install. It makes things much easier imo.

Yeah, Cole has been a stand-up guy through all of this debacle and has stood behind every statement he has made (that he had control over). Us early adapters had some interesting issues and Cole was always there. Very happy to be a customer.
