The latest was B0248 Air Flow Control 3 Circuit.
Ordered a new mode actuator motor and realized that the shop manual had you removing the entire dash assembly.
After removing the glove box and box surround, There is some aluminum sheet metal that supports the Airbag above.
To remove the two screws retaining the actuator motor to the HVAC box, I simply drilled some access holes using a unibit step drill.
This gains you access to the two screws and the motor can easily be installed through the cavity where the key fob antenna mounts the the glove box surround.
The second image has the old actuator motor already removed. It engages in the white stub shaft just barely visible above and to the left where the motor connector is hanging
