Fog light replacement.
Well put the c6 up for the year. Has anyone replaced the whole fog light assembly? mine need replacing before next spring. How difficult is it? I found some relacements at partsgeek for decent price.

1) remove the front wheel.
2) Remove the inner fender liner push fasteners (7) 4 along the outer edge and 3 just under the headlight access flapper
3) Remove the 10mm bolt under the front facia (1) Pull up on the fender flap to free the front inner fender liner
4) Remove the push fastener from the side to center air dam.
5) Once the inner liner is freed of the fasteners/bolt it can now be removed from the wheel side by pulling it out.
6) You can now access the (3) 7mm screws that hold the bottom of the fog light assembly.
7) Remove and replace the fog light in the reverse order. Notice that the top of the fog light assembly has 2 tabs that fit up into the bumper facia. Assure these are in place prior to installing the 3 bottom screws.

You could try polishing the lens with the same headlight restoration kits that are widely available.
The fog light lenses get beat up by sand etc. from the roads and highways. Replacing the whole assembly is the only way to get new lenses.

Check Rock Auto. I got two complete assemblies for my Z06 last year for crazy cheap. I don't know if I timed it right and they were clearance or exactly what the deal was. I remember that poking around their site and while I wasn't looking to buy fog lights when I saw the price I had to buy them.

As posted above the light can only be bought as a complete assembly. The lens is not procurable by itself.
Replaced mine a couple of years ago and as I recall the oe lights cost about $130 each.
If one wants to maintain the light assembly lens in pristine condition one should consider installing protection such as Sunteck or similar product.
