that is the normal operating temperature before you did any of the changes.there was nothing wrong with your car.you threw your money away making those changes.it is normal for car to get warmer in traffic and city driving when you slow down.when you shut car down for a short period of time and restart car is always going to be warmer as engine is being heat soaked with engine and fan not running

As mentioned that is perfectly normal if it is while in traffic.

The only way to make the car run cooler in traffic is to have someone adjust the fan map in the ECU. If you want the car to run cooler at speed you would need to change the thermostat to one with a lower value.

For regular city driving, those look like very normal temperatures. Dont forget that temps will go up and down (as they should) as you slow down for traffic, long stop lights, highway driving, etc. Im sorry to say that perhaps you should have done more research before replacing all those parts.

Stick around this forum, and ask questions as they come up. There is a large number of very knowledale owners here that will give you excellent advice, free of charge!!

Good Luck!!
