I have a 2005 base convertible that I purchased 4 years ago.
Problem, vibration in steering wheel and seat starting at 80 mph and gets worse at higher mph. Over the past 4 yrs the has been road forced by 6 different shops. Just recently had alignment done and put on new Michlin pilot sport 3 +. Rims have been checked for radial and lateral run out all are fine. I’m told the rotors are running true. I checked the rotor temp after a 1 hr ride, no significant difference between them. I’m at my wits end and help figuring this out.
OK, you have checked everything so I have no clue. So here's a SWAG ... I would suspect either tires or the castor setting on your alignment. I would go just bit overspec (more) on castor and if that doesn't work check tires and/or worn suspension tie rods etc.
Put it in the air and see how you can move the steering wheel before a wheel moves. If there is a bunch of slop, you will get the steering wheel shaking at speed.

the front end shop said they checked the rack, etc. but I will check it your way. Hoe much play is too much?
